Therefore, after the end of each production cycle, the belt heater, bar heater, heating probe and thermocouple on the mold should be measured with an ohmmeter. If they are damaged, they should be replaced in time, compared with the mold resume, and recorded so that problems can be found in time and countermeasures can be taken. Therefore, it is particularly important to select a suitable, high-quality and professional anti rust oil. Avoiding corrosion in time is the most important thing at present. After the production task of the mold is completed, the residual injection molding shall be carefully removed by different methods according to different injection molding. The residual injection molding and other deposits in the mold can be removed with copper rod, copper wire and professional mold cleaning agent, and then dried. Do not use tools such as iron wire to clean the inside of the mold, so as not to damage the internal surface and cause rust more easily.
